About Us
Get to Know PRU Robotics!
Founded in 2016, PRU Robotics is one of the longest-running and most active student clubs at Piri Reis University. Our mission is to encourage a strong culture of innovation, research and institutional memory in robotics and autonomous systems.
As part of our commitment to transparency and collaboration, we organize our projects and codebases under the PRU Robotics GitHub Organization, where we proudly embrace open-source development.

Meet Our Teams!
PRU-İDA Team
Our PRU-İDA Team Team develops Autonomous/Unmanned Surface systems by blending creativity with technical skills, actively participates in four TÜBİTAK BAP projects on aerial and maritime vehicles and brings together students from various disciplines in a collaborative environment.
Axiolite-TENGİZ Team
As a part of the PRU Robotics, team develops Autonomous/Unmanned Underwater Vehicles. Through three TÜBİTAK BAP projects contributes to underwater research and exploration. The team blends academic knowledge with practical experience, uniting students from various disciplines.
Test Team
The Test Team performs various tests to ensure that projects work correctly and reliably. Each member contributes by identifying errors and supporting improvement in different areas. With a focus on continuous learning and development, the team helps ensure project success.
Social Media Team
The Social Media Team manages the promotion of the club and projects on social media platforms. They create content and engage with followers to boost project visibility. By sharing the club’s events and achievements, they help reach a wider audience.
